Description

Below the fertile vineyards of Megalochori, the picturesque little church of Saint Photini the Samaritan (Agia Photini tis Samareitidos) is dug into the hard volcanic rock and the "aspa," or hard white volcanic soil. It is a dependency of the Holy Monastery of the Virgin Mary (Panagia) of Hozoviotissa in Amorgos.
