Description

Santorini National Airport is located in the southeastern part of the island near Agia Paraskevi. Kamari is south of it, and the village of Monolithos is north of it. Located about 5 kilometers from the island's capital, Fira, the airport has been open since 1976. It has the capacity to serve up to 6 civil airplanes at once. The terminal building was built in 1989. Santorini Airport also has a duty-free shop, restaurants, cafés, and many travel agencies and car rental offices.
