Description

Walking to the church of Saint Athanasios in the valley of Messaria, we will see on our right the entrance to a path where the names of two churches, Holy Cross and Saint Fanourios, have been painted on the low whitewashed walls. Following the path, we will find the small church of the Holy Cross dug it into the side of a hill. What is interesting here is that Saint Fanourios is in the church of the Holy Cross!
