Description

At the church of the Virgin Mary the Myrtle Bearer (Panagia Myrtidiotissa) in the center of Kamari, there is a festival on September 24 with a procession of the icon through the village streets. Meat and potatoes are always served, accompanied by local wine, and in the evening, there is an event with music and dancing in the elementary school yard.
