One of the most beautiful churches in Pano (Upper) Vourvoulos, Saint (Agios) Ephraim celebrates its saint's name day on January 3, when the remains of the saint were discovered by the founder of the Monastery of the Virgin Mary (Theotokos) and Saint Ephraim in 1950.
